In May 2020, we closed the acquisition of Seal Software, a pioneer in AI-driven contract analytics. Our product development team has 55 employees and counting in Gothenburg. Focus area is the product around contract management/contract analytics that Seal Software developed which now is the manage part within the DocuSign agreement cloud.

Our machine learning solution focuses on text classification, anlysis and text categorization in the legal domain. The team utilizes the latest techniques and theories in Natural Language Processing, including but not limited to Deep Learning, active learning, few shot and transfer learning. We take great pride in our Data Lake and Lab environments which allow us to gather, curate, analyze and improve training and test data as well as run numerous tests and improve models to be ready for production. This is only possible with a highly motivated and diverse team that works closer to domain experts.

Data Scientist

DocuSign is looking for a passionate, talented, and inventive machine learning engineer to help build industry-leading state of the art machine learning solutions. You will be leveraging data mining, deep learning, content understanding, image processing and more. You will integrate and deploy machine learning models that deliver more personalized and automated customer experiences.

MLOps

We’re looking for an MLOps Engineer with a passion for automation, orchestration, scalability and software infrastructure. You will be part of our DevOps team working with our ML team in an autonomous environment.

Software Engineer

The Software Engineer will focus on and be a part of our back-end development team working with core functionalities and infrastructure of the product. You will be working on part of a product built in Scala, so you will use Scala every day to develop the product.

Technical Writer

A technical writer is a customer evangelist who knows how to create and deliver information experiences that help drive product adoption and customer delight. They are technical, critical thinkers with a focus on execution and a passion for creating great content for customers whose needs they care about deeply. They seek simplicity and completion in the content they create. Customers informational background, needs, and their objectives are always at the forefront of their mind. A technical writer collaborates others to create content that makes an impact on adoption of our products – to make it easy.
